1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Zen Panda Marketing ("we," "our," or "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on zenpandamarketing.com (the "Website"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information more generally.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Similar technologies include browser storage (such as localStorage), pixels, and scripts that read device information. We use the word "cookies" for all of these.
3. Your choices
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you allow analytics and advertising cookies. Nothing non-essential is set until you accept. You can change your mind at any time:
- Use the control (also linked in the footer of every page).
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of advertising cookies and of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and the advertising option stays off.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential parts of the Website keep working without cookies; your saved choice is the only thing we store that the site depends on.
- Opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with Google's browser add-on, and manage Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
4. Categories we use
- Essential. Required for the Website to work and to remember your cookie choice. These do not need consent.
- Analytics. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity tell us which pages are read, where visitors come from, and how the pages are used. Clarity can produce heatmaps and session recordings; keystrokes into form fields are masked by Clarity's default settings, and we never use recordings to identify a person. Off until you accept.
- Advertising. Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing measure our own advertising and may show our ads to previous visitors on Google's network. Off until you accept, and always off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
5. The cookies we set
Tags are loaded through Google Tag Manager. Lifetimes below are the maximums set by each provider.

6. Other third-party technologies
- Google Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which receive your IP address when the font files are requested. No cookies are set by this request.
- Netlify. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) to deliver the Website and protect it from abuse.
7. Changes to this policy
We update this page when we add or remove a cookie. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
